UnhurriedRetreat & Rest

A women's weekend by the lake with nothing to fix and nowhere to be. Breathe, play, eat together, and gather around the fire, at your own pace.

The Weekend

Permission to slow down.
Room to simply be.

Most of us move through life at full speed: managing, planning, holding everything together. Unhurried is the pause. Three days at Camp Oneka with a gentle rhythm, so your body and mind finally have space to exhale.

We keep it simple on purpose: a few meaningful practices, stretches of free time, good food shared at one table, and evenings by the fire.

What Fills the Days

Less doing.
More living.

A handful of simple practices, with plenty of open space in between.

  1. 01

    Morning Breathwork

Each day begins with guided breath, a quiet way to arrive in your body and set the tone for an open day.

  2. 02

    Free Play

Unstructured time to do whatever calls to you: swim, paddle, sail, wander, nap, read, write, or sit by the water and watch the light change.

  3. 03

    Shared Meals

Nourishing food at one long table. No cooking, no cleanup. Just good conversation and the simple joy of being fed.

  4. 04

    Journaling

Gentle prompts and quiet time to listen inward, notice what's surfacing, and put it to the page.

  5. 05

    Campfire

Evenings gathered around the fire. Stories, laughter, stillness, and of course s'mores fill the night.

  6. 06

    Closing Firewalk

We close the weekend together with a firewalk: a powerful guided ritual to carry your courage and calm home with you.

Feng Shui · Design & Home Healing

Laura came to design the way most of us come to the things that matter: through something breaking. A home that looked beautiful but felt hollow. A body exhausted from performing wellness. A dawning sense that the spaces we inhabit are not neutral. For the last fifteen years she has studied what makes a space feel alive, a path that has moved through traditional design education, feng shui training, somatic certifications, breathwork, and Reiki, along with countless hours inside homes that either healed or hindered the people in them. Today her work lives at the threshold of it all. Laura is a designer, a practitioner, a graphic artist, and most essentially, someone who believes your home should be on your side.
